Paid-up letter required

I have paid-up Standard Bank through their appointed lawyers, as my accounts were handed over. I have repaid the amounts due, but now am requesting for a paid-up letter on both my cheque account and credit card. Standard Bank and it's appointed lawyers are giving me a run around. When I call standard bank, standard bank is referring me to it's lawyers. The lawyers are referring me to standard bank. I need the paid-up letters on both my accounts, the funds were paid in 30 July 2002 and 18 August 2020 respectively.

Standard Bank, needs to get that letter and email to me.

Please note if I don't get the paid-up letters. I will be referring the matter to the credit ombudsman
