Paid up letter not send as per request over a month now
I have been sending emails and made calls to standardbank to assist me with my paid up letter my personal loan was settled on the 8february even now i am not getting assistance spoke to a consultant and she assured me that the account will be closed and paid up letter will be send nothing has materialised hence i use this platform to assist
