Paid up letter not issued 2 months later

I settled my credit card on 30/06/2015 after it was handed over to RL Daly corporation. I was promised that my paid up letter will be issued and credit bureau record will be updated in 6 weeks time. I have been calling the attorneys since mid august but the response I get is that they are waiting for Standard Bank to issue the paid up letter but no letter has been forthcoming till today.
