PAID UP LETTER FOR OVERDRAFT ACCOUNT

Hi i am still waiting for my paid up letter for my overdraft i laid a hello peter complaint last week and was told that this matter will be resolved but till to date i have not received any information or my paid up letter to say my overdraft is paid up and my account will be closed for the overdraft i want this paid up letter today i am not willing to wait another day this is not becoming really annoying and when you call the call center they take down your details and tell you it will be emailed but nothing is coming , i want my letter emailed me today , I want my letter emailed now
