PAID UP LETTER FOR A SETTLED CREDIT CARD

<p>My outstanding Standard bank credit card was handed over to a debtors collector ( Creditworx ) who subsequently listed the account as a default on ITC . On 30 June 2017 I finally mangaed to settle the credit card.</p> <p>I was then promised a piad up letter within 7 days, which then became 21 days. I then called Standard bank legal directly where an agent promised to send me the letter themselves, its been two weeks but still NO Paid up letter and my credit record has not been updated by the bank .</p> <p>It is so difficult to get hold of this collections agency and I do eventually get through they are not helpful at all! I have the settlement letter with proof of payment.</p> <p>I have been punished enough with being black listing however I have met my commitments, STANDARD BANK PLEASE I NEED A PID UP LETTER!!</p> <p> </p>
