Paid up letter.

Very disappointed in standard bank. I had a cheque account with standard bank and I requested a paid up letter for this account so I can clear my name from debt review. I got a no care attitude from standard bank saying the account is over 5 years and they can't issue a paid up letter. I have paid this account in full and always trusted standard bank now it shows disregard for people when things go wrong. They discriminate against you everytime I called there they hung the phone on me. Really disgusted honestly now I can't have my life back because of standard bank.
