Paid Up Letter
I paid off my short term loan over a month ago and I have been trying to get a paid up letter for the last 2 weeks from Standard Bank with no luck.
I was made a promise that I'd get the letter within 2 working days, now I'm in week 2 and nobody seems to know who supposed to help me. It is very frustrating

But in future this kind of thing shouldn't be happening, especially with a company such as standard bank and the fact that I had to post on Hellopeter to get a prompt response from standard bank doesn't sit well.
All customers should be receiving the same level of service I received after posting on this platform at all times.
