paid up letter

I had a standard bank mastercard credit card account which was handed over to RL Daly attorneys. My account was paid up in december 2014 but I havent received my paid up letter. I contacted RL Daly customer care today but I was advised to contact any standard bank branch. 7 working days became 21 days now it has become 3months. Kindly request them to email me my paid up letter.
