Paid up letter

Std bank neglects my email requesting paid up letter from December last year until 3 Feb 16. I have sent emails to Olivia Hoosain who im told is the responsible person but she doesn't respond . I want the paid up letter to my husbands account which I paid up on 27 Nov 15 . acc no. ***
