Paid up debt still on credit report

<p>Dear Standard Bank </p> <p> </p> <p>I paid up my credit card more than 2 years ago and i have recently been informed that the account remains unpaid on the my ITC report. This is ******** and must be corrected!!</p> <p>I am in possession of the paid up letter from Standard bank.
