PAID OFF LOAN BUT STILL CHARGED
I am not happy with the service I get from Standard Bank, I consolidated my accounts and paid their loan through another bank which paid them in June 2019. until now they still debiting an amount of R 1 200 every month and I am struggling to get it back. I am being charged an amount that I have already paid them and on the other hand I am still paying that other bank. Now I have a task of always complaining to them to reverse the debit order which they dont until the following month.
Please help.
