About 5 years ago I took a loan from Standard Bank. December 2012 I phoned the branch and asked for the settlement amount and paid it off. The beginning of 2014 I spoke a Bets Fourie at Ver-tex and after alot of phone calls and emails they sorted everything out. Now another year later Nudebt phones me and say I must pay my loan. Its really bad service and I will never go back to Standard Bank again. Thank you!!!
