Overpayment refurnd on caredit cards

I over paid my credit cards after being handed over, I spoke to several people after phoning 4 different numbers on 12.03.2015 and was advised that I must email a bank statement to them of which bank account I want the refund transferred to. This apparently would take 14 days for the refund to be done.<br> I emailed this person numerous times with no response at all, so in desperation phoned the 10.04.2015 (19 working days later), and couldn't get through to the person I emailed spent 32 minutes on the phone only to be told to phone on Saturday, Saturday the message on the number I was given said they work Monday to Friday and I must phone back on Monday? Very angry I phone back on Monday to be told my request has been sent in this morning and it will take another at least 7 days for them to deposit a cheque into my bank account? Then on contacting their complaints department their turn around time is 7 days? Surely Standard Bank cant be proud of this type of service, I think it is poor and disgusting.<br> Lisa
