Overpayment refund takes ages to process

<p> Standard Bank has Zero Standards. I have been trying to get a refund on an overpayment on my insurance premium from them for the past two weeks to no avail. Their call center agents have escalated my claim four times and no response as yet. I have been taken from pillar to post and ge=iven the same respond several times - "we have escalated your matter". Their cusstomer relations department is also not helping. Zero Standards Bank.</p>
