OVERPAID LOAN ACCOUNT

Good day<br> <br> Been under debt review since 2011 and been paying money to the company handling it. NPDA has been distributing my funds to my loan. only to find out in December that the last payment was received in May 2015. According to NPDA, and with supporting proof of payments to my loan account. My account has been OVERPAID. It is going into its 2nd month for Standard Bank not making any effort to assist in giving me a paid up letter and for refunding me. This account has been already paid up.<br> <br> BAD SERVICE!!!
