Overdraft Savings account penalty!!!!!!!

<p>My husband has an Savings account with standard bank!! This has happend to many times where the account goes in overdraft, then they reverese it and give us a penalty over R100!!!!!!!</p> <p>This is pathetic!!!!! Why is it goint in overdraft??? And if I signed for it to go in overdraft why are they reversing it and then giving me a penalty???? They don't respond on any of my emails to explain why this is happening!!!!!</p>
