overdraft interest rate

<p>I have sent a complaint before to CRC regarding the interest rate on my overdraft, which is double the prime rate. I was on 8% then left the bank, now the interest charged is 21%.</p> <p>If this cannot be adjusted, please assist by taken the below action.</p> <p>Close the overdraft: please reduce the overdraft limit to R0 provided you can setup a fixed debit order or monthly payments to repay the used overdraft on a 24 months term - that will be roughly R2000 a month. This will enable me to close my current account as well.</p>
