Overdraft facility fee when account not in overdraft
Standard Bank is deducting an amount of R57.50 on my cheque account for "Overdraft Service Fee" when my account is NOT in overdraft! Yes I do have an overdraft facility but do we now pay for that facility? Even though the account is in credit we still pay money towards an overdraft? How is this possible? I do not get any interest on this account but pay for the facility?? I am not satisfied with this kind of service when I have had my account with Standard Bank since 1980 and have never defaulted on this account!
