overdraft approved without clients knowledge
<p>i get charched an intiation fee for an overdraft i have not even approved, I app**** for a cheque account with a overfdaft facility. not even once did your consultats call to say what the fee structure will be and how much i have been approved for, its such an inconviniace to have money deducted from your account without an agreement inplace, Not to even mantion the rude telephone conversation i had with one of your service consultats that was not willing to assist. Its been morethan 3 weeks trying to get my money back from Standard bank. the service i am getting does not even warrant the 1 star they got.</p>
