Overcharging

I signed up for the Elite Plus account which is a gold cheque and credit card, all of which is charged a single monthly fee as the credit card is included.<br> Since January 2015, I am being charged an additional R28 service fee on my credit card.<br> Why is this? I signed up for a package for one amount which at that time included the credit card. <br> If I knew that I was going to be ******, I wouldnt have changed my banks!
