Overcharged in Banking fees: R180 more for more than a year!!

Once again they have been charging me R420 for a professional cheque card that costs R240. When I asked why I am paying for a platinum cheque card yet I own a professional cheque card.

No standard bank realised that it was an error from their side. I have paid over R3600 in banking fees for a card that I do not even have over this period.

They sent me a new card just 2 months back. It was the same professional cheque account card which cost R240 currently. I have been paying R420.

Now standard bank want to quickly send me a platinum cheque card. For what? Why wasn't i charged for the card that I have with them?

Are they going to give me the money that they have overcharged me for their Gross negligence. This bank have done soo bad. From loosing a will i created with them to horrible private banking services, to incorrect bank cards, insurance that do not pay out claims. I have a huge list in my mailbox

I have also complained here before. Theres nothing that that Thabisile lady will do. You will just CC her in emails for standard banks convenience.

Stay away from Standard Bank if you can. Its been a tough Banking experience for me.
