Overcharged-Acc ***

<p>I requested a settlement letter for my loan with std bank on 14th Apr 2016 I paid it the same day .I went to std bank to close the acc in zevenwatcht they showed me my refund as I paid the acc over I left my fnb banking details as I dont bank with them.I was told by following Tuesday the money will be in my acc .on wednesday I went to waterfront branch to enquire about my refund to my shock my account was never closed ,there is no reason system shows that Juta Donovan did try to close it and didnt complete the process now I am send a statement to payment them the bank charges and a ridiculous interest.Std bank I need my money please and a confirmation that my account is cleared</p>
