overbilling on account

i have tow loans with standard bank and on the 27 the of march standard bank decided against my knowledge to garnish my account and debit and amount of R3541.80 and R1000 from my account for the loans that they have handed to lawyers and i am currently paying the accounts from the lawyers level which the accounts are no longer with the bank but with the lawyers. i have a payment arrangement in place but i am unfairly treated by this bank that i have been using all of my life, they have no right to access my accounts and take funds from it as if it is their accounts without permission or alerting a paying client i am paying every month on all loans on the arrangement done with the lawyers so why am i still recalled? now with all the money you took from my savings account what about my other debits ? with every debit that bounces i am charged for it and the bank is building a bad credit record for me, i dont think i deserve such treatment especially because i am paying he accounts as i had agreed with the lawyers, now i even owe the bank R60 for transfer fees my contract is due to run tomorrow and i am due to pay rent which means i am not going to pay? i need this matter resolved.
