Overbilling of my account for archived statement

On the 16th of October 2015 I went to Standard Bank Kwamhlanga branch to do transfers for attorney as a requirement for house purchases. Part of my banking activity on the day was to require an archived statement from 15 August 2008 to 30th of September 2008. According to the information obtained at the Kwaggafontein Standard Bank Branch, by Enny MMakola, an archived statement costs R21.00 and this information was also confirmed by Jessy Nyembe who helped me on the 16th of October 2015. Lately i realized that a sum of R4200.00 was deducted in my account with ref (## fee recovered for: fee recovered for). No one at the bank wants to give me a clearer understanding of what this figure was for. Therefore this shows that someone at the bank has *******ly accessed my account and withdrew my money. I need help in this regard.
