Over promise / Under Deliver

I app**** for a Money market select account via the website. I completed the process with the call centre agent. I was then issued with an account number. The agent tried to link the account to my current profile which has not materialized. I was to receive a all back when this was going to be done. Up till now no one has called me back. The contact number for this service cannot be dialed from outside and you have to request via the website for someone to call you and every time it is a different person, you then have to explain your whole story again.

I'm annoyed as I want to invest the money with my bank and they do not seem to want the money. Not very many people have such an amount to invest. (250k) Ive been with this bank since 1999 and I have to ask myself why. Im sure to the bank the money is not even worth their while as this is only from one customer.

It now comes down to customer service and retention of a client for over 17 years.
