Over charges on my vehicle finance
The bank has just deducted legal fees on my vehicle finance account, when paying back my refund.
The matter was settled out of court, and there is no court order to this effect. As Prof. Hammond said, the bank uses ******** means to over charge us. There is no ruling that I am liable for legal fees by any court in S.A. Refund my money now!
