Over Charge for Private Banking Services

As a recent graduate, I updated my prestige banking to the young professional private banking, however even with my submission, for the last year or so, I have been charge the normal Private Banking rates of R325 a month, opposed the young professional rate of R135 a month. I have brought this up with my private banker, received no response, noting this is my 3rd change in private banker in the last year. Well over R2500 rand in charges misappropriated. <br> <br> So how exactly is Standard Banks Private Banking benefiting me? via overcharge and ridiculous bank charges of R30 for a single page bank statement. <br> <br> To be honest, FNB and Nedbank provide better services to my other interests.
