OVER AND OVER STANDARD BANK FAILS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Again they fail, no feedback, no telephone call no urgency!!! After my last complaint on Hellopeter which STD bank responded to, they still havent phoned me. Also I have app**** again and the consultant seems to not even care, he doesnt respond to my mails......what the freak is going on with them??? I hate standard bank, I will spread the news, they cant even phone me a prestige banker!!!
