Over 40 days and still no credit card - please someone from Standard Bank read this...

I can't rate the service, because there is no service :(

I've been with Standard Bank over 30 years. My credit card expired, so I asked them for a new one.

I contacted the help desk, and the lost cards divisions. No Response. So I started forwarding the email to every Standard Bank address I could find - ZA Voice Branch Transactional Banking <***>, ***, ***, ***, ***, Offs*******, ***

It's been over 40 days now, AND STILL NO RESPONSE... Please, someone, anyone, send me my new credit cards... Thank you.
