Over 2 years of waiting for an Estate to be finalised

My mother died in July 2015. I have dealt with more than 5 different people. The latest person has promised me weekly updates since July and has never done that. I email her and sometimes only after 3 emails do I get a reply. Last email was the 27th October. Today is the 21st November. This is a small easy clear will and estate. Surely it cannot take over 2 years with very little feedback from the bank??? I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service and professionalism.
