Over 15 Year Client, No Home Loan Response

So I was so excited to buy my first house. I bragged with everyone that Standard Bank will give me an awesome home loan because I have been with them so long and I really believed that they will care.<br> <br> After three weeks, I have given up with Standard Bank. They did not even come back to me to let me know if I have received a home loan. Nothing ... As if I am not important at all.<br> <br> Funny enough, FNB came to me with a home loan offer (within 3 days) that no other bank could beat and my bank that I have supported over 15 years did not do anything.<br> <br> Standard Bank will never see my money again, clearly my future is not important at all and I thought this was one of the leading banks in SA. You cannot be a leader if you do not care for your people.
