Over 1 month and no one has called
I app**** for a credit card with Standard Bank just over a month ago. A couple of days later I got an SMS to advise that the address details I had captured on the application was incorrect and I needed to go into the bank to rectify. Needless to say, I comp**** even though I have a bond with Standard Bank and my details were given before to rectify. I call a week later only to be told that I should just wait another week and then my application should appear on the system. Another week later called and the lady advised that the application which was done online, cannot be traced and that I would have to reapply. She then advised that she will get someone from credit card division to call me and do the application over the telephone. Two weeks later and still no one has called. It would seem that Standard Bank is not interested in my business and that I should now even move my bond that is currently with Standard bank to another bank. My question is, how do you lose an electronic application done online, on the actual bank's website?? Very unhappy. Taking ym businesselsewhere....
