Outstanding service-Sibongile Mahlangu

<p>like to give a big up to Sibongile Mahlangu, we encounter problems with our atm card to the extend when we do deposit at a ATM, the machine retain the money. we come to report it to our branch which was far from the machine meaning out of the range of the branch. but it didnt stop this lady in making phone calls to locate machine number ensuring as per her word in less than seven days we got our money refunded.</p> <p>Standard bank Carnival Mall can be very proud to have such a great person on their thing, somebody who go extra mile for her customers.</p> <p>thanks a mil from my husband and my daugher impressive the way you assisted us</p>
