Outstanding service of Lauren Solomon at Standard bank

Good day everyone, I just wanted to paint a little picture of the experiences I had with BANKS.

I have app**** for vehicle finance at a dealership and got funded, some time down the line I approached the dealership and wanted something more manageable and affordable. My application was submitted and got declined. I couldn't understand because I never skipped any payments etc. I thought I'd go into a branch and an application was done inside the branch and declined again. I was so dissapointed because I have an existing account with the bank.

This is my 2nd review on HelloPeter of Lauren Solomon from Standard Bank Tygerberg. I was referred by someone to Standard Bank and Lauren Solomon assisted me. I was so exited then boom💥 for some reason it declined again. I thought I'd just give up, but surely Lauren did not give up. It is not even her role to assist me like she did but she did. She went that extra mile and oh my!!! she made my dream come true. I fetched my new Polo Vivo comfortline 1.6 this morning at Barons V&A Waterfront. I'm soooo exited 😆 🤪
