Outstanding Service - Gordon Bila****

On the 17/03/2023 last week I wrote here concerning an account that was never closed and my money that was taken by Std Bank. A day after a guy named Gordon Bila called me, since that 1st call when he heard the full story he was consistent and kept on his promise of getting back to me after his investigation. I want to thank Gordon, Std Bank would go far with agents like him, his positive attitude towards his job, he was patient and understanding even when I was at times raving angry. I also want to apologize if I took all the frustration of loosing my money on him because it was never his mistake. Gordon made it his mission to get all the information I mean every little detail around my complaint to be able to assist me until I received my money back today.Thank you so much Std Bank needs more people like him.
