For the third time in a row my debit order was reversed while talking to a well trained, professional and conserned customer service agent. Unfortunately, this cannot be said about client service agents from Pick n Pay and Santam. Santam came back, with the same old story. It's 2021 Santam, change your excuses for bad service. Great Standard Bank, show the country that you care about your clients.
