Outstanding Service by the two Ladies

I just received a service that is off the charts wow Standard Bank I am impressed. I DMed you on X and was promised a call which I received and the first lady on the call Ref: 1. *** was outstanding, she was able to change my mood from being frustrated and educated me with the app since I'm fairly new but resolved my issue instantly. I had another query to which she transfered me the relevant department and even the lady who answered Ref: 2. *** handled it with so much care and was also able go assist me.

the 2 ladies made my weekend already, thank you.
