outstanding service at Westown branch of Standard Bank.

What fantastic staff at Standard Bank Westown near Hillcrest. I took my 91 year old mother there (she opened her account in 1955!) as they are now doing smart IDs, but she also needed a new credit card and my debit card had expired. Mum is deaf and it turns out she has to go into a Home Affairs office :( but that was not the fault of the bank. It was very quiet both times we went (once to apply, once to collect cards) and maybe that will change once the area becomes more populated. Every single person we spoke to was outstandingly friendly, joked with us, couldn't have been more helpful. What a pleasure and well done to that particular branch.
