Outstanding Service
I would like to thank Zinhle from Standard Bank International Payments Customer line for assisting us promptly with our Euro payment. The payment was submitted on the 13th of November to be actioned on the 15th however i had been sick since the 12th and missed attaching the payment instruction to the supporting documents so the payment was rejected on the 15th. She assisted me in pushing for the payment to be released today as it was now urgent.
