Outstanding service

Last week I wrote a complaint about a delay I expirienced in trying to open a business account. The complaint was handled promptly Keneiloe started the process and handed it over to Cindy since she was going on leave.

The service I received from Cindy Nagan was exceptional she worked around the clock to ensure the process was completed.

She kept updating me till around 19:00 on the 24th of December a day before Christmas where a lot of us are already with our families.
