Outstanding Service

I had an issue, too long of a story to tell but everyone that was involved in resolving it was so helpful, they phoned me to make sure I understood everything, they emailed. not only were they helpful from a banks point of view but understood my situation, dealt with it as though I was family. I have never in my life cried so much, obviously because my problem was resolved but the time and patience I got, even though I was at fault they still treated me equally. now that's the kind of bank you want to do business with. Everyone as in everyone treated me with so much kindness and professionalism I didn't think this was still possible in the world we leave in today.
