Outstanding customer care

I would just like to take the time to commend Miss Elizabeth May from the Secured Lending Dept. who took my call yesterday afternoon. The anxiety I always get before calling any call centre is palpable but Elizabeth in her calm clear and consise manner put me quickly at ease and answered everything I needed to know.. And more.. I'm so sorry I did not have her as my agent when I took a loan at another branch. I REALLY WISH THERE WERE MORE DEDICATED PERSONNEL OUT THERE SUCH AS YOURSELF. Friendliness, readiness, willingness is rare but soo appreciated!! Keep up the good work amazing lady, Standard Bank... what a gem to your company!!
