Out of sight- Out if mind

I requested Standardbank to change my OTP from a cellphone number to an email address because i would be out of the country for 6 months. Quick right? DEAD WRONG. So a week later being in a different country (assuming everything is still fine as i did ask them to change the OTP) i decided to get onto my internet banking to make payments, just to find out that it keeps giving me errors due to the OTP change that wasn't successful. So Standardbank advise me that the need to de-activated my internet banking and then they will re-activate it then it will work. Well 1 and a half months later i can still not re-activate my internet banking, and also my previous internetbanking profile is now gone, so i can't link the new account to the old one with all my beneficiaries and basically cannot do anything as in order to create a new account they still need a cellphone number to activate it. AND STILL they send the OTP's to my SA number (which is not working). So i have been emailing them ever since without any successful assistance. When they do email me back it is a different person every time where they ask me to explain the entire story all over again and keep requesting different information from me. Something that i though would be consistent. But just to top that off they then never get back to me. So being out of the country now for going on 2 months i still can't access my money.
