Otp
Can someone please assist wiyh where the otp no is sent, have been to the branch a couple of times but syill not getting any joy. Went to festival mall on tuesday was told it should take about 3hours to update where the lady who was assisting me told me its actually my fault cos i didnt tell them to change the otp when i changed my number with them, its been 3days now still not updated. Tried calling but i was 130 sumthing in line, have sent email just to be told they will reply in 24 hours but no reply.
