OR Thambo Airport : Standard bank has not refunded me for the past 2 weeks

<p>On the first of January 2017 I tried to deposite money using using a Standard ATM and the tramsaction failed but the ATM took my money. I want inside to get help, they have me a reference number and told me that my money will reflect I my account within 24hr. It has been 2 weeks now and nothing has hapened.</p> <p>I went to capetown Blue Route mall STD branch and the told me they'll told me they will attend to my claim and advice, but there's high possibility that I might not get refunded. </p> <p> </p> <p>I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BANK.
