Opening of a new business Bank Account

Today I tried to open a bank account with FNB and was turned away as my business partner and I reside in different provinces. I then went to Standard Bank and was kindly assisted by Anna, the business banker from the Traderoute Mall branch. She took down all my particulars and promised to get the documentation to Cape Town for my partner to sign. Anna went over her call of duty in assisting. Kudos to Standard Bank in training their staff to never let a customer go away unhappy.
