opened cheque acc and did not ask for loan account

I received terrible service when opening this cheque account, they did not want to transfer my debit orders, so the account was left inactive and I deposited over R14000, now I'm told that I have a loan acc and getting calls for payment, been logging queries and following up my own queries. Then I'm now shown a statement and my credit card transactions are showing on my cheque acc statement. How is this possible? I'm told I owe standard Bank over R100 000 bank charges. This is the worst service I have yet to have received. I asked them to give my money back and reverse these charges and I'm told I used the money when I had no funds available and over the 3 years this account was inactive I must pay for this loan. I'm told I received the loan to pay the bank charges. I've never heard of this behavior before.
