Opened a cheque account

Good Day I have opened a cheque account with standard bank due to the person at the bank said i will receive more benefits from my standard bank than my current bank.<br> I closed my account and moved over to Standard Bank ( was the biggest mistake I have made)<br> I was promised a overdraft facility once my account has been opened for 6 months.<br> I had my account now for 7 months and Standard bank said I can not get a overdraft.<br> <br> I could just as well have stayed by my old bank which was cheaper.....<br> I would like standard bank to give me what I was told.<br>
