Only the Banks Hand sanitizer allowed to be used

At 9:30 on the 20th of May i visited tried to enter Standard Bank Three Rivers Vereeniging to open an Investment account i was stopped at the door by an indian lady telling me i must sanitize my hands which i can understand but i had my own sanitizer which i used and showed her still she persisted i cant use my own sanitizer i must use the banks sanitizer i walked away Standard bank is losing customers but i'm sure the bank don't mind as they've got enough money and enough clients thus its not good enough to use your own only the banks sanitizer is acceptable. On top of this i can't open an account online looks like internet banking found a profile of me when i had an account at STB years ago
