Online purchase won't go through and more than enough funds

Good day Standard Bank.

I am trying to do a online purchase but you guys keep declining my visa embossed card while there is more than a enough funds.

Please come back to me urgently as it's very frustrating.

And also why is there no toll free no to contact as other mayor banks has this option.
